Space for good ideas – with your brand on the cover. Discover notebooks, notepads and sticky notes for meetings, seminars and everyday work. From small giveaways to thoughtful gifts paired with a writing instrument, cadolino advises you on formats, paper, features and customisation.

Which notebook or notepad suits your project?

Quick notes on the move call for a different format than detailed meeting minutes. A welcome gift also has different requirements from a workshop notepad. Start with the intended use, then we can match the design and customisation to your brand.

Notebook, notepad or sticky notes?

• Notebooks: For personal thoughts, project ideas and regular meetings. Explore our custom notebooks and choose the format, cover and features that suit your audience.
• Notepads and sticky notes: For quick reminders, tasks and collaborative sessions. Discover different options in our notepads and sticky notes selection.
• Coordinated sets: Depending on the model, notebooks or notepads can be paired with writing instruments. We advise you on suitable combinations and packaging.

Choose the format, paper and binding

Compact formats are convenient on the move, while larger pages provide more space for sketches and meetings. Choose ruled, squared, dotted or plain pages to suit working habits. Paper weight, sheet or page count and binding also help with comparison. If particular pens will be used, assessing a sample can be helpful.

Your logo on covers and packaging

Depending on the surface, options may include printing, embossing or engraving. Discreet branding can enhance the personal feel of a gift, while a larger design can support a workshop or campaign. We check whether customised inner pages, inserts or individual names are available for your chosen item.

Gift ideas for employees and clients

A notebook with a matching pen can welcome new employees or accompany a personal thank-you. A handy notepad can complement training materials. Together, we coordinate the products, message and presentation to suit your occasion and budget.

Define material requirements clearly

If recycled paper, specific certifications or a defined country of manufacture matter to your project, we include these requirements in the selection. Product-specific information and available documentation guide the choice.
