Returns and Refunds

At cadolino® Promotional Products, we distinguish between unprinted standard items and printed, personalized, or custom-made items.

Many of our products are individually designed, printed, finished, or specially sourced for our customers. Therefore, different return policies apply depending on the product type.

Returns of Unprinted Standard Items

Unprinted, non-personalized standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the merchandise:

  • is unused,

  • is complete,

  • is in its original packaging,

  • is in perfect condition.

Please contact us in writing via email before making any return. Returns made without prior coordination cannot be automatically accepted or processed.

Returns by Mail

Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided by cadolino®.

Please do not return any merchandise to us without prior consultation. Once you have contacted us, we will review the return and inform you of the next steps as well as the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs and Return Fee

Returns are the customer’s responsibility. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In addition, a return fee of CHF 25 will be charged for returns of unprinted standard merchandise. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, the refund will typically be processed within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method or as individually agreed upon.

Personalized, Printed, and Custom Items

Printed, personalized, finished, or custom-made items are excluded from return due to dissatisfaction.

This includes, in particular, items featuring:

  • a logo,

  • custom printing,

  • engraving,

  • embroidery,

  • special colors,

  • custom manufacturing,

  • custom designs,

  • or individually ordered or produced versions.

These products are manufactured or finished specifically according to customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned in the same manner as unprinted standard merchandise.

Defects, Incorrect Deliveries, or Manufacturing Defects

If an item is defective, has been delivered incorrectly, or has a manufacturing defect, we will, of course, review the case on an individual basis.

Please report visible defects in writing via email as soon as possible after receiving the goods. When doing so, please send us:

  • Your order or quote number,

  • a brief description of the defect,

  • clear photos of the goods,

  • and photos of the packaging if it is damaged.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, price reduction, or another appropriate solution.
